We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Store & Community Manager – for one of Canada’s leading fashion companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and brand awareness within the community, planning & coordinating in-store yoga classes with like-minded entrepreneurs.
- Build a database of brand ambassadors, manage the store`s social media account and plan shopping events consistently.
- Responsible for hiring, training and development, health & safety and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Promote corporate training programs by supporting the sales team and implementing action plans in order to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze sales reports and kpi`s, address trends and issues regarding store performance.
- Maintain the store image, implementing HQ visual directives and standards.
- Oversee inventory control and loss prevention initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail management
- Must be perfectly Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent planning and problem solving ability
