We’re hiring a VP, Finance for an established retailer.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish financial strategies related to development activities
  • Analyze financial performance of the company and recommend solutions to maintain and develop the profitability of operations.
  • Manage all finance and investment projects and maintain strong business relationships with financial institutions.
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports
  • Responsible for all corporate and legal matters
  • Ensure business process improvements in order to reduce cost and simplify operations
  • Oversee and supervise the accounting team

Requirements

  • CA, CMA, CGA Designation
  • 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must be Bilingual (English/French)
  • Retail experience is a must!
  • Strong leadership skills
