Tasks descriptions

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for an established retailer!


  • Process payroll for close to 2,000 employees
  • Manage employee files; maintain a record of employee absenteeism, vacation, new hires, terminations, rate changes and more.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits related inquiries from retail staff
  • Process statutory holiday calculations and payments
  • Prepare reports


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Familiarity with Canadian Labor laws
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and analytical
  • Working knowledge of ADP payroll system
  • Active member of the CPA with certification or in the process
