We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for an established retailer!
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for close to 2,000 employees
- Manage employee files; maintain a record of employee absenteeism, vacation, new hires, terminations, rate changes and more.
- Respond to payroll and benefits related inquiries from retail staff
- Process statutory holiday calculations and payments
- Prepare reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Familiarity with Canadian Labor laws
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and analytical
- Working knowledge of ADP payroll system
- Active member of the CPA with certification or in the process
