The guarantee: For a determined period, your investment is assured. If the proposed candidate leaves on his own initiative, or in spite of all precautions, a dismissal proves to be inevitable, we commit to find a replacement without any extra fees. It is important to note that our fees are not refundable. Yet, we will find another candidate free of charge in the event that a candidate hired through our services is dismissed or leaves inside the guarantee period.
